Which product should I start with?

Most start with AI Monitoring - €14/month gets a weekly read on whether AI mentions your business. If you want those gaps turned into recurring articles, comparisons, FAQs, answer blocks, refreshes, and publishing support, that's AI Content. Monitoring shows the gap. AI Content does the work. When Monitoring is active, the Monthly Proof Report shows what changed.

Do I need AI Monitoring to use AI Content?

Every AI Content subscription - monthly and annual - includes AI Monitoring Minimum. The content engine works better with continuous prompt, competitor, and citation data, and the Monthly Proof Report needs that data to show visibility movement. Growth Monitoring is available as a paid upgrade at any AI Content tier.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at the next billing cycle. Switching billing from monthly to annual on AI Content keeps AI Monitoring Minimum included; the only change is the lower per-month rate.

Is there a contract?

No. Annual saves you ~15–20% per month versus monthly billing. Monthly is month-to-month. Either way, AI Monitoring Minimum is included with every AI Content subscription.

What happens when I cancel?

AI Content articles you've already received stay published unless your hosting setup requires otherwise. If we created an optional found-by.ai profile, you can ask us to remove it anytime. AI Monitoring access ends at the period boundary; you keep historical data for 90 days if you resubscribe.

Where does my published content live?

Three options, your choice, all included at no extra charge: a Found by AI subdomain (default - fastest to set up), your own custom subdomain (e.g. insights.yourdomain.com - for clients who want everything on their own domain), or - for partner-managed accounts - a partner-branded subdomain.

How long until the first report?

Industry standard: at the end of the first full calendar month after kickoff. If you start mid- or late-month, the first report covers the next full month rather than a partial one. AI engines also need indexing time after publishing - we ship the baseline and the month's content immediately, but visibility trends typically emerge across 2–3 monthly cycles.

Is the found-by.ai profile included?

Sometimes. AI Content may include a found-by.ai directory/profile surface when it is useful for the content plan. It is included at no extra charge, customers do not pay separately for it, and opting out does not change the price.

Do you offer a free trial?

Minimum monitoring (€14/month): 30-day free trial, credit card required - long enough to see your first monthly playbook before billing. Growth monitoring (€39/month): no trial; 14-day money-back guarantee instead, which closes before the personalized playbook ships so we don't give it away. What's the difference between Minimum and Growth monitoring?

Capacity and personalization. Minimum covers 15 prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, and Perplexity. Growth covers 50 prompts across five engines and adds a personalized monthly playbook scanned against your actual website. Same scan cadence on both.

Can I pay in DKK?

All pricing is in EUR (excl. VAT). We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Your bank handles currency conversion at the current exchange rate.
