4. Payment Terms

Refund policies vary by product. One-time services are non-refundable once delivered. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Content created by Found by AI on your behalf (such as AI Content articles) is licensed to you for your use upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to use the Service to: engage in any unlawful activity; submit false or misleading business information; attempt to manipulate AI search results through deceptive practices; interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; or resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaLux Marketing ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
