Why no free trial?
AI Content has upfront production labor, and the delivered content is usable immediately. Trials fit software better than researched, written, edited, and published work, so we price the first month honestly instead. The "In Practice" section above shows what we deliver.
Does it read like AI wrote it?
No - and that's our largest engineering investment. The engine uses multi-pass humanization, structured review gates, and prompt engineering tuned against the generic AI tone. A built product, not a single prompt to a chatbot - and not something you replicate by pasting a brief into ChatGPT. Happy to share before/after samples on a call.
Where does my published content live?
Three options, included at no extra charge: a Found by AI subdomain (default - fastest to set up), your own custom subdomain (e.g. insights.yourdomain.com - for clients who want everything on their own domain), or - for partner-managed accounts - a partner-branded subdomain.
How do AI assistants actually find and cite the content?
AI assistants are trained on historic data, so they may not know current facts about your business. To answer up-to-date questions they use live retrieval - web indexes, crawlers, or their own search systems. We build content those systems can find, understand, and potentially cite: crawlable, indexable, SEO-optimized, and structured. No vendor can guarantee citations, but you become materially easier to find and cite.
What if I'm not happy with what you produce?
We rewrite, no charge. If something isn't right, you flag it and we fix it. If we create an optional found-by.ai profile, you can remove it anytime. We'd rather rework once than ship something you wouldn't put your name on.
How does AI Monitoring fit into AI Content?
Every AI Content subscription - monthly and annual - includes AI Monitoring Minimum (15 prompts, 3 engines, weekly scans, citation/sentiment/competitor tracking). The content engine works better with continuous prompt, competitor, and citation data. Growth monitoring (€39/month annual, 50 prompts, personalized playbook) is available as a paid upgrade at any AI Content tier.
How long until we see results?
Monitoring can show changes over time once new content is published and refreshed, but AI visibility is not guaranteed. The goal: steadily improve the source material AI systems can read - service pages, comparisons, FAQs, answer blocks, and useful articles.
Is the found-by.ai directory required?
No. A found-by.ai profile is an optional, free add-on when useful for the content plan. Customers do not pay separately for it, and opting out does not change the price.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at the next billing cycle. Articles already delivered stay published unless your hosting setup requires otherwise. If we created an optional found-by.ai profile, you can ask us to remove it anytime. New articles stop.
